Five packages sit on my desk like they just followed me home. I rip into the first one and there’s this dainty little bracelet, silver catching the light—thanks, Eric, you smooth fucker. Second box cracks open and suddenly the Sex and the City soundtrack’s spinning in my head like Damu knew exactly what would hit. Then comes the chocolate, thick and sweet enough to melt on my tongue, followed by those glossy perfumes that smell straight-up expensive. Last but never least, a whole damn makeup arsenal. All for me. All from guys who clearly know how to spoil a girl right. I’m grinning, half-naked in my office chair, already wondering which toy to break out first while the chocolate lingers on my lips.
