Alexis and Cori, high school friends, are chatting outside, waiting for Cori's dad. They talk about Jason, Cori's boyfriend, who wanted a sensual favor from Cori despite their agreement to stay pure until marriage. Alexis convinces Cori to captivate Jason to prevent losing him by being sexually involved. Alexis shares her disappointing first-time experience, implying it was with a popular jock although it was really with a geek. Agonized with another betrayal, Alexis hides her fury as Cori reveals her unintentional revealing of Alexis' secret. Later, when Cori's gone, Alexis, masking her anger, suggests she forgave Cori but fumes unfinished business in vengeance.
