Following a failed attempt on Austin's life arranged by Dr. Wicked, the ordeal leads to Wicked fleeing into outer space. Encasing himself in cryogenic slumber, Austin awaits the moment when Wicked resurfaces.

After three decades, Wicked returns to earth, prompting Austin's revival. Partnered with the fetching agent Vanessa Kensington, Austin embarks on a mission to once again rid the world of the malevolent Dr. Wicked.
