Restless night

Occasionally I struggle to relax and calm down. I often shift and turn in my bed. My physician suggested focusing on enjoyable thoughts, so I formed a routine of imagining handsome men. Consequently, my sleepless nights have disappeared, and I pass the entire night indulging in self-pleasure!
