Today, Carmen is at a crossroads, contemplating some significant decisions in her life. Her lazy partner has been extremely envious since Carmen landed her latest position. Tyler visited Milking Table to receive a service, and it appears he can offer assistance to Carmen as well.

After a few moments, Carmen lets go of any reservations about the appropriateness of the situation and gives up on her partner, allowing herself to become sexually excited by her job at last. Reflecting on her rough past experiences, she concludes that it's her time to relax and indulge by engaging in sexual activity with her patient, Tyler, as she's feeling overwhelmed. As it turns out, they are a better match for each other.
