Clémence Audilard is a highly renowned psychiatrist, a wealthy and influential woman with a very serious and established practice. After an exhausting day, she decides to rest for a bit and fantasizes; in a bright heavenly room, a mysterious woman appears and intimately pleases her. The experience feels real and overwhelming--then Clémence suddenly snaps out of it. The next morning, she's tired and unsettled. She calls her assistant and says she can only see two patients that day. During her first session, we never see the patient's face. As the patient speaks, flashes of Clémence's fantasy keep intruding into her mind. Distracted and slightly shaken, she kindly but awkwardly sends the patient home. Just as she closes the door, someone immediately knocks again. The timing feels strange--almost unsettling. She doesn't open the door right away, but asks who it is. On the other side stands Leya, who is desperately asking for help in a panic. Clémence opens the door--and freezes in shock. The woman standing there is the same one from her fantasy. She hesitates for a moment, unsure whether to let her in, but her curiosity wins. The atmosphere is cold and eerie. They sit down and begin to talk. During their conversation, it becomes clear that Leya has been having the exact same nightmares as Clémence--and even more disturbingly, Leya Desantis has been fantasizing about Clémence herself. Suddenly, reality shifts--and they both find themselves trapped inside the fantasy. In this cold and unsettling psychological landscape, desire, fear, and identity intertwine--leaving one question: who is fantasizing whom?
