Not Again

Rachel's married to Tye, but the guy's kept her from meeting his parents like they're radioactive. Amy calls up out of the blue, says she and Josh are passing through town. Rachel figures why not, invites them to crash at the house instead of dropping cash on a hotel. Tye hits the roof when he finds out. Won't explain why, just mutters that she doesn't have to un-invite them. Rachel lets it slide. The parents show. Josh scoops Rachel right off her feet in a bear hug that lasts a beat too long. Amy goes in for her hug, then straight-up sniffs Rachel's hair like she's checking for perfume. Tye gets home and the whole vibe goes sideways. Amy plants a full kiss on his mouth when she says goodnight, and suddenly Rachel's wondering exactly what kind of family reunion she signed up for.
