Casey, played by Kendra Sunderland, visits her partner's place unaccompanied with innocent intentions but stumbles upon a hidden adult mannequin hiding in a wardrobe. When Morgan, portrayed by Nathan Bronson, comes back , she challenges him about the love doll. To her surprise, she discovers that the love doll is a replica of Morgan's deceased spouse and his way of feeling connected to her.

He firmly states that for the relationship to move forward, Casey must welcome both him and the mannequin. Though shocked and torn, Casey fears breaking off the relationship, prompting her to agree to give it a try, beginning with engaging in intimate acts involving the doll. Morgan is overjoyed and they engage in a steamy three-way encounter with the doll.
