Scarlett Sage, the lady in charge of a spa business, has a chat with one of her team members, Delilah Day. Their conversation is cut short when Charles Dera, a client, shows up and requests for a treatment. Both Scarlett and Delilah seem to recognize him – Delilah is hesitant to approve his request, but Scarlett steps in and handles the booking herself.
