A young lady named Leslie arrives at the residence of Jonah, a man she feels close to from online conversations. Meeting Jonah for their first in-person date brings her to his doorstep, but the unexpected face that answers her knock is Charles, an older man who claims to be Jonah's father. Charles confesses that Jonah is still preparing for their date and invites Leslie inside while she waits.
As they converse, Charles shows immense interest in talking to Leslie, hinting that he yearns for her companionship. Doubts start to swirl in Leslie's mind as she becomes curious about Jonah's prolonged absence. In an attempt to contact Jonah through her phone, she's stunned to hear her message notification sound, but this time, it's emanating from Charles' phone.
Faced with the need to come clean, Charles confesses the truth - Jonah doesn't exist. It was Charles assuming the Jonah identity, a façade of his younger self, to win Leslie over for a date. Despite the ruse, the persona he portrayed online about his character was still genuine.
Charles expresses being youthful at heart and his failed encounters with women his age that lacked spark. Meeting Leslie online, under the guise of Jonah, captivated him as they shared a strong connection. However, stepping through the illusion, he cautiously unraveled the truth, hoping it wouldn't scare her image away.
Leslie appears shocked and discomforted upon processing Charles' startling revelations. Whirling a web of lies and breaching her trust unearths insecurity in her - being leagues apart in age, how could she entertain the notion of being with him? Charles argues that age is a mere number and boldly claims to provide beyond what she seeks in a partner- including prowess in fulfilling her desires. Amidst her unease, he offers a proposition - allowing him to bring her pleasure to milestones exceeding any prior encounters with younger men.
Should his mesmerizing touch evoke sensations unlike any other, Leslie can consider embracing a tangible romantic venture with him.
