An Even Trade

Mona, a fit and popular college student, is taking a run on campus grounds when she encounters Sophie, a clever but often targeted student. After witnessing Sophie get bullied by a cruel classmate, Mona steps in to help. She proposes a mutually beneficial agreement - she will shield Sophie from bullies in exchange for math tutoring.

As their friendship blossoms, Mona's academic performance flourishes, thanks to Sophie's assistance. Over time, Mona confesses her romantic feelings for Sophie, thinking they both share a same-sex preference. To her surprise, Sophie discloses being a lesbian but believes Mona deserves a more fitting partner due to their contrasting social statuses.

Despite Sophie's apprehensions about their relationship, Mona expresses her genuine affection for Sophie and assures her that their bond is what truly matters, not public opinion.
