Spencer Bradley, a medical attendant at a secondary school, accompanies Liz Jordan, a supposedly ill student, back to Liz's home. With Liz's parents unreachable, Spencer decides to settle Liz in bed for some respite. Briefly stepping out to retry contacting Liz's parents, Spencer returns to find Liz with a sly grin, confessing her deception of feigned illness to ideally entice Spencer during her parents' absence. Upon Spencer's reentry, she promises to remain by Liz's side until her parents can be reached. Beneath fraudulent warmth, Liz requests assistance in undressing and Spencer tentatively obliges, maintaining composure despite tantalizing glimpses of Liz's exposed body. Subsequently, Liz fabricates a racing heartbeat plea, tempting Spencer to lay her hand on Liz's bare chest. Injecting a cold sensation scenario, Liz manipulates Spencer to share the bed for warmth, instigating Spencer's reluctance followed by eventual compliance. Gradually surrendering to Liz's advances, Spencer succumbs to desires surface. Ultimately, under the guise of her professional duty, Spencer succumbs to Liz's seduction as a means to satisfy her purported ailment with a forbidden encounter.
