Doctor Patient Confidentiality

Sarah (Aaliyah Love) has faced many challenges in her life. She was once in a dangerous situation with her partner but finally found the strength and support to leave him. With the help of her friend Cassie and her therapist husband James (Tommy Pistol), she has found refuge in their home to begin rebuilding her life.

Despite the support she's received, there are still aspects of her past that she struggles to reveal. A week later, Sarah is examining her neck, hopeful that the scars of her past will continue to fade. While observing herself in the mirror and tenderly touching her neck, she slowly begins to caress and grip her throat in a sensual manner.

She experiences a thrilling sensation that arouses her, yet also induces fear. This prompts her to turn to James for guidance. Being a therapist, Sarah hopes he can assist her in understanding these complex emotions.
