A shy young journalist named Nancy visits the residence of Tom, a popular student known for his athletic prowess and charm. Initially disinterested in him, Nancy becomes intrigued by his appeal as she conducts the interview. To her surprise, Tom reveals a manipulative and aggressive side, exploiting her vulnerabilities to portray her as weak and undesirable.

As he magnifies her suppressed attraction towards him, the situation becomes increasingly uncomfortable.
