The Bucket List

Our story starts in a dimly lit room. The focus is on a carrion, displaying multiple medication canisters. The soundtrack features the sound of a man infectiously coughing.

Swiftly, a hand enters the scene and snatches one of the pill bottles into its grip. The hand belongs to Gary, looking feeble as he gazes at his reflection in the mirror. With determination, he places the container on the polished surface before guzzling the water direct from the facet.

With a long intake of air, his cough subsides. Gary exits the washroom, heading towards a drawer filled with an array of mysterious and daunting-looking possessions. Among them, he takes out an object and proceeds to scribble something on a cryptic document.

Suddenly, the sound of the door's opening announces Melissa's arrival. A female tone calls for Gary. Reluctantly gazing at the mystifying drawerful of means, he breathes deeply and eases it shut.

"I'm here," Gary shouts. The lens shifts to portray the invoking title placard. Melissa, who addresses Gary as her closest comrade, has come to pay him a visit.

Gaunt due to a severe ailment, Gary discloses his cause for summoning her over; harboring a macabre sexual inclination in his bucket list – engaging sexually with Melissa is among the entries. Initially appalled by his proposition, Melissa moves to exit. Yet, swayed by Gary's implied reference to even ghastlier deeds already ticked off, she surrenders and assents to fulfill his desires.

Nothing shall hinder Gary from striking this entry off his reliquary of dark fantasies.
