He instructs Kat on how to handle such mishaps in the future, their close proximity giving him a sly peek of her behind. Grateful for his help, Kat sees Mr. Rodgers to the door.

He suggests inspecting the access panel for deteriorated hoses. The search leads them into her bedroom, where he can't resist commenting on the view. Kat is startled to learn that he can also see into her room from his, leading to an awkward moment of exposure.
