Larry, dressed as Santa, is somberly confronted by security and escorted to a chair by the mall manager. The stern Mr. Willis instructs Larry to sit and faces his complaints regarding Larry's inappropriate behavior around young females.
Larry, feeling anxious, tries to justify himself citing that teenagers lie and he has been doing well with the children who adore him. But Mr. Willis remains unmoved and informs Larry it's time to drop him as a mall Santa due to the complaints.
Larry pleads, but the manager stands firm, emphasizing the family-friendly nature of the establishment and the avoidable risks. Larry loses his cool and threatens Mr. Willis before being restrained by security, eventually dragged out.
Later at Mr. Willis's house, at night, Larry makes a clandestine entry, holding a crowbar. Inside, he lands in Carrie Ann's room, leaning overpoweringly over her while she's half asleep, clad in cute Christmas sleepwear.
Infatuated by her appearance, he gently strokes her leg, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Asserting it's all just a dream and luring her in, Larry aims for something much darker behind his emerald Santa facade.
