Officer Chibbles, also known as Dick Chibbles, is supervising his new colleague Donnie Rock, a fresh recruit on the force. Feeling assured of the rookie's compliance, Chibbles discloses a little secret - he doesn't mind engaging in corrupt practices as a cop. In his view, considering the risks law enforcement officers face daily, a little extra compensation for their hard work is deserved. Explaining their dubious deed in front of a house, the rookie inquires about their activity, to which Chibbles silences him and guides him to refrain from unnecessary inquiries. Standing at the house's entrance, they draw their firearms and discover two women within, handling illegal substances. Launching into the building, the women unleash cries of panic as they aim to flee. The officers give chase, corner the suspects and instruct them to kneel and submit to handcuffing. During an ensued interrogation by Alex Blake, Chibbles turns physically aggressive towards her, harshly instructing her to cease speaking.
