Xander is showing a lack of dedication to his band, and his manager, Dahlia Sky, believed he required a stern verbal reprimand. He must reduce his involvement in casual encounters with admirers, attend rehearsals regularly, and arrive punctually. Merely stating these instructions was ineffective in persuading him to take things seriously. Proof was paramount to drive home the importance of the matter, even if it entailed engaging in sexual activity with him akin to what he engaged in with his promiscuous admirers. Despite such encounters, managers never engage in relationships as his admirers did; furthermore, they don't permit acts of penetration in their back regions.
